In a nutshell
Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying and gaining new clients primarily focused across the Public Sector, Health and Social Care, Leadership and IT and Digital sectors. You will be focused on securing levy paying clients through driving a range of sales activity. You will play a key role in meeting our growth plans. You will need excellent presenting skills and the ability to develop Key Strategic Relationships at a Senior Level.

What will you be doing?
- You’ll work to secure new business meetings with prospect clients.
- Evaluating the market landscape, including competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and then scope out opportunities within the sector.
- Developing and delivering high calibre propositions and presentations for clients at senior and board level.
- Creating and delivering compelling proposals to our current client base.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience within the Public Sector, NHS, Health and Social Care and Professional Services sectors
- Ability to communicate effectively at senior level in a professional manner (verbal, written)
- You’ll have outstanding networking skills and a truly consultative style
- Experienced in engaging at senior levels along with excellent presentation skills
- A flexible approach and a passion for success
- Desire to work in a fast moving, entrepreneurial, challenging but rewarding environment
- Driven self-starter, self-sufficient, responsible for hitting and exceeding your targets

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) have amended the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 so that, from 11 November 2021, all care home workers and other visiting professionals will need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless they have an exemption or there is an emergency.
