In a nutshell
We are looking for an innovative Client Communications Executive to join our creative, driven team in Bristol. We need someone who has a flair for meeting with and engaging new people and can you ‘think outside the box. This role is all about being creative in both your communication style and your strategies and finding engaging ways to get clients on board and interested in meeting with us. Writing content for engaging client specific presentations will be a key part of your role, as well as attending client meetings and having responsibility for winning new business.

What will you be doing?
- Winning new business through client meetings will also be a key part of this role, as well as maintaining in-depth records of all contacts and activities.
- Managing and carrying out strategic communication with prospect clients with a goal to securing meetings and attending meetings to win new business
- Learning and understanding the apprenticeship market landscape and be able to explain our offer to prospect clients
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems
What will you bring to the role?
- Ability to communicate effectively at senior level in a professional manner both verbal and written
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and self-motivated
- A good technical ability is needed, around areas such as social learning platforms
- Creativity and a natural flair for ‘thinking outside the box’
- Good level of focus is required
- Desire to work in a fast moving rewarding environment
- Excellent social and relationship building skills
- Excellent IT skills and writing skills
