Associate CIPD Marker
Our professional services team are searching for an experienced individual to join them as an Associate CIPD Marker on a casual basis.
What will you be doing?
- The main responsibility would be evaluating the learners' performance where you will be offering constructive feedback to help them improve their understanding and application of HR concepts on the CIPD assessments.
- Within this role as a Qualified Assessor, you will ensure that you maintain the compliance and quality assurance standards of the business.
- Ensuring compliance with CIPD guidelines to maintain the highest standards of education delivery and assessment processes.
What will you bring to the role?
- Extensive, relevant vocational experience
- Location: You must live in one of these countries: United Kingdom.
- A CIPD qualification at Level 7 is highly desirable. Though we will consider other qualified professionals with HR experience. You would need to be in current membership with CIPD.
- Teaching Experience: Proven experience as a tutor, trainer, or educator, with CAVA qualification with a focus on delivering post 2021 CIPD Level 3 and 5 qualifications.
- Assessment Experience: Ability to mark assessments giving constructive feedback.
- Industry Experience: A strong background in human resources field, with practical experience and understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Interpersonal Skills: A patient, approachable, and empathetic demeanour, capable of building positive working relationships.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to cater to different learning styles and adjust teaching methods as necessary to ensure an inclusive learning experience which recognised cultural sensitivities
