Many of our roles involve working with these groups and individuals and as such are subject to robust safeguarding responsibilities, behaviours and values.

If successful in securing a role with us, you will be subject to all necessary pre-employment checks, including enhanced DBS (where applicable), or a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check, verification of relevant qualifications (where applicable), identity and right to work.

You will be required to provide two suitable references and all offers of employment will be subject to those references.

For roles that require you to undertake regulated activity you will also be subject to an online check and asked to declare any spent and/or unspent convictions that may come up on a DBS check or information that may effect your suitability to work with children, vulnerable adults and young people.
